Olusayo brings a unique blend of expertise in credit risk management, sales strategy, and business development. With a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, she is dedicated to delivering innovative financial solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Olusayo has a distinguished career in the financial sector, with solid experience in credit analysis and sales management. Prior to becoming the MD, she held key leadership positions in leading financial institutions, where she spearheaded successful initiatives to drive revenue growth, mitigate sales risk, and enhance customer relationships.
In her role as the Managing Director, Olusayo is responsible for overseeing the credit assessment process, developing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing team to achieve targets. She works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment towards our organizational goals.
Olusayo holds an HND in Purchasing and Supply from the Polytechnic Ibadan. She is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) and an Associate Member of the of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
