Monisola Folorunsho

Monisola, is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI UK) and the Compliance Institute of Nigeria. She is also CFA Investment Foundation Certificate Holder. She is a Certified Risk Management & Compliance Management Professional both by OCEG and IARCP.

She has over 30 years work experience covering Audit and Financial Services. She started her career in June 1993 as an Audit staff at Olabisi Fayombo and Co (A Chartered Accounting Firm). She Joined UTB Trustees Limited in February 2000 as a Finance & Admin Officer and worked there till May 2006 when her service was transferred to Union Trustees Limited (Now known as UTL Trust Management Services Limited). She left the services of UTL in May 2023 after 17 years. Her role in the Company included Client relationship management, Head, Risk Management & Compliance amongst others.

She is a faculty member of the Association of Investments & Portfolio Managers. She has attended many courses both within and outside the country with institutions including Lagos Business School (LBS), Euromoney, University of South Africa etc.
Monisola holds a Higher National Diploma in Banking and Finance from the Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin. An MBA in International Business from the Lincoln University, Oakland.
