Olabisi Adekola is a seasoned Chartered Accountant, investment manager, and business continuity professional with over 25 years of experience across financial management, internal and external audit, insurance, risk management and corporate governance.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and the Association of Investment Advisors and Portfolio Managers (FIAPM). She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM), the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACII), and a certified Business Continuity Professional with Disaster Recovery International (ABCP).
She has extensive knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements, with a proven track record in managing financial operations, and providing strategic financial guidance to businesses.
Olabisi began her career with Computer Advantages Limited in 1996 before joining African Alliance Insurance Plc in 1997 as an Assistant Superintendent in the Finance Department. She rose through finance and internal audit roles to become Executive Director, Finance, in 2012, reflecting a strong record of growth and leadership within the organisation.
In 2025, she joined Adeyinka Ibironke & Co., a firm of chartered accountants, as an Associate Partner.
Olabisi holds an MBA in Financial Management from Lagos State University. She also holds a Higher National Diploma and National Diploma in Business Administration from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, where she finished top of her department in both programmes.
She is an alumna of Lagos Business School and a member of the Institute of Directors. She has attended several professional training programmes in Nigeria and internationally.
